TREASURER

SIOBHAN BARKER

Siobhan's current role is Head of Finance and Administration at Carbon Market Institute. Siobhan is also Treasurer of the Mordialloc Neighbourhood House Inc and has been on the Committee of Governance since March 2018.

Over the last 15 years Siobhan has held finance roles with Korowa Anglican Girls’ School, Community Spirit Foundation, Dial Before You Dig, ANZ, Australian Unity, Healius (Primary Health Care), and Sugar Australia. This experience has contributed towards a special interest in corporate governance, process improvement and bringing the finance perspective to colleagues and teams from diverse backgrounds.

Siobhan also has a background in community participation and volunteering and is a member of the Camberwell Historical Society and Friends of Gardiners Creek Valley.

Siobhan is a Fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants Australia, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a Master in Professional Accounting (Victoria University) and a Bachelor of Business in Administration (Local Government) (RMIT University).
