Ash Robertson (Executive Director), Michelle Fracaro (Manager, Programs and PD) and Ciara Griffiths (Project Officer) travelled through the Alpine region as part of the Glam Show. These informal gatherings are a chance to connect with current and prospective members, share more about the work of AMaGA Victoria, and, most importantly, listen to the experiences and insights of those working and volunteering across the sector. We had the pleasure of meeting passionate volunteers from historical societies in Falls Creek, Bright, Harrietville, Myrtleford, and Mansfield, and we’re incredibly grateful for the warm hospitality, thoughtful conversations, and the unwavering dedication these communities bring to preserving and sharing local history.
